Week 7 Second Run

Glad to get this one under my belt in more ways than one.

My first run in seven weeks that there has been rain. Amazing, considering I live in Scotland.

I wanted to see how far the actual run was so used MapMyRun just for the running section on my other phone. It says it was 3.12km. That is over 25 minutes, so it will be interesting to see the distance over the next 7 runs.

If there is an app that people can recommend that shows the different sections of your workout, I would be most grateful.

I know it's not a race, but the distance is important to me.

Does map my run have splits? Most trackers do.

Great job... distance will come, don't get hung up on it just yet.

Hi. I use run tracker from fitness22 (free) with both apps running on one phone. Can also hear both, and delay start of run tracker. Keep going.

Thanks for that. I downloaded it and it looks quite good. Will try it out next run tomorrow.
