Well literally flew through the first 3 weeks with no problems at all. Needless to say there was no flying today. Found it incredibly hard but managed to complete everything. Doesn’t bloody Laura know I’m 56 not 26!!! Anyway no smiley face for c25k app as my punishment.

Well done you for persevering and finishing the run! There are have been so many days when I just wanted to give up half way but I always remind myself how fantastic it feels afterwards. The afterglow is real and I hope you enjoy looking back on how far you have come!

Thanks for the support, next run will be easier as I know I can do it so I’m sure I’ll be fine. I think my afterglow has come the day after because I feel absolutely spot on today.

Well done to Pete for completing week 4 run 1. Don't be so hard on Laura, she is a excellent coach, I had her as my coach during my pre graduation runs, I understand that Michael Johnston is a bit more 'hard' on pre graduates of C25K.

I know, I’ll apologise on my next run for the unrepeatable language that I used, hopefully I’ll be forgiven.

Run complete... job done... well done there, you pushed yourself to the finish line. Next run will be smoother! Slow down if you are struggling, you can do it.

Thanks for the support, not giving up I may have been going too fast so I think I’ll make an effort to slow my pace or I’ll get into real difficulty next week.
