Hi all c25k.

Just a update been for my 4th 60mins run. The latest this morning feeling pretty good I am in the opion 25% is fiscal and 75% is mental just need too keep the ed ocupied too keep running.

Well done.

Two weeks ago you were running for fifty minutes and since then you have done 4 sixty minute runs.............this sounds like quite a large duration for a new runner.

Have you read the guide to post C25K running? healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

It offers advice on routes forward, including the 10% rule, by which you increase your weekly training load, keeping it in safe margins.

Hi just read your link thank you. Your probably right getting a bit carried away with wanting too run longer may need to rein in a bit. Going to keep it at this level for a couple of weeks then use the 10% rule.
