Week 5 here I come!

I’ve just finished week 4! Every week I finish I feel such a sense of achievement.. Todays run was a weird one. Everything was annoying me! My trainers didn’t feel right so kept re-doing them on the warm up walk. My clothes were uncomfortable, same things I wear for my runs. My headphones were irritating in my ears! But... I started running and ignored everything and now I feel great! I’m nervous about Week 5 but ready for it! Thanks for all the advice given on here it’s so helpful! X

That’s a great job... your gremlins were out in force, but there’s no way they can beat you. Don’t be worried about week 5, it’s a great week and that sense of achievement you love, it gets much bigger, go get it.

I've had runs like that, my earphones fall out, the dog is annoying me etc. I keep saying that's the last time I take the dog out but every time I have my running gear on she is all excited and I haven't the heart to leave her.
