Went into London today and invested in a pair of running shoes, staff very helpful.
They had me try several pairs of different makes and cushioning, they then had me running up and down the street several times in each pair and two staff observed the way I ran until they decided I needed a neutral pair of shoes and they do feel really comfortable can't wait to test them properly tomorrow.

Good store... not many watch you run where you’ll be running.
The investment is worth it, running is basically free and so if you take the price of the shoes and divide by the number of runs they will do, they still make running one of the cheapest things you’ll ever do.
