Getting going again

That wasn’t too bad. A bad head cold messed with my ears and balance so it’s been challenging getting going again but after 4 weeks we’re there. This was supposed to be W8R1 which it wasn’t quite but not too far off so I’m happy.

Good job TopShot ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sometimes starting again is harder than just starting. We know you’ll get there x

Very true. I think it’s more psychological than physical though. Obviously I’ve lost a bit of the edge (if you can be so bold as to call what I had as an edge in the first place !) but physically it wasn’t that much of a problem. I’m sure it’s more in the mind than the body at this stage.

I find that myself. But remember, a blunt edge is still an edge ! 😄

Great comeback run. You’re very close I think? Ease into the run and I think you’ll have it, that first rill runing km was a lot faster than the others.

It was, I was surprised by the pace but it felt good. If only I could keep that up for all of it ! One day maybe 😊
