All of our lovely C25K group who could make it joined on the 140th anniversary of our local parkrun.
Every one of us were determined to complete the 5k non-stop.
Even my kitten who has recently been finding chances to take quick 10 second breathers had the mental fortitude to take it slow and then pick it up for the last 1k
Thanks to everyone on the forum who follow me or have otherwise offered support, praise, comments, funnies.
Current future plans are to build running time by 10% upto 40 minutes continuous and consolidate for a while before considering longer distances. Maybe go back to splits with increased pace and sprints.

Congratulations you guys. Youβve amused me, impressed me, and inspired me on my journey. Iβd best charge a glass and raise it... one sec... cheers π·
Enjoy that consolidation, and the celebration of this life changing achievement.
As a recent graduate yourself I'm always surprised how much you already seem to know or have researched and I've always appreciated you taking the time to reply to myself and so many others.
Well, I did that middle distance thing way back... the basics havenβt changed much... I just get to run the runs I used to have to avoid now... 10 miles? Bring it.
I love this place... I followed in some great footsteps, Iβve left mine for others to follow... and I think I got as much of my βI can do thisβ from those following as I did from those that had done it already. I just want to run with everyone here!
You guys have something real special... a family sharing this gift/talent, thatβs amazing. Hope you guys have many happy years running as a team.
Aaah this is the post Iβve been waiting for . Congratulations Katnap, you truly deserve this big graduation ceremony. What a fantastic journey for you all.
