Week 7 begun

Pleased that last night’s heavy rain had moved on and I had a bright sunny morning to start week 7. I completed the 25 mins ok but thought I’d been slower today over a different, less inspiring route. Checked my phone when I got home and was surprised to see I’d actually gone faster (if only a little) than w6r3 😊

Great job. Sometimes it seems slower, but a more even pace makes the whole thing faster.

Good afternoon UNM, I have just been looking at some of the results of this morning's Parkruns, a few great times came to my attention, at Hastings PRun there was a sub 15 minutes and at the Keswick PRun a veteran male in the 90/94 age group ran a sub 40 in 39.45.

As for me no parkrun but as I mentioned on Thursday I had "Laura " on the app and ran week 5 run 3

Hi. 15 is damn quick! Keswick is one I want to do... maybe that guy would pace me?
