Firstly well done for deciding to get off the couch, the hardest move! 👏👏👏

This programme is amazing, really it is. It’ll make a runner of you, and you’ll definitely reach your goal and graduate if you follow it and observe the all important rest days. Post on here for advice if you need it, and remember to keep us nosy sorts happy by telling us how you’re getting on! Everyone on here is really friendly! 👍😀🏃‍♀️🏃

Good luck! 😀

You’ll be fine - take it one day at a time. The plan is a good guideline but your not restricted to it! I did 4 runs of week 1 before feeling confident to move on. Did same week 3! I’m now week5 and I was so sure I wasn’t going to succeed this far... so deep breath and off you go - good luck

Best of luck! You can do more than your fear tells you you can, don't worry!

Well done. Think JOG not 'run'. Keep the effort nice and easy - measure it by how hard you're breathing - you should be able to hold a conversation while jogging - so a 'conversational pace'. And aim to finish feeling comfortable and feeling like you could carry on. If you finish out of breath, panting heavily, you're going too fast.

Good luck!
