Hi Buddy34, the only thing I can say is that I find running on grass very tiring! Other than that it feels all more or less the same to me.

I completely agree with Whatnog - long grass is especially difficult. Cobbles hurt, muddy tracks are slippery, but puddles are surprisingly refreshing for the feet (as I discovered today)!
But cinder, tarmac, hard dirt all feel the same to me

I usually run on concrete / tarmac where I live at home
Because I’m away from home I thought grass and field paths might be more comfortable - let me tell you that a path through a field of cabbages is very uneven and difficult!!
The cinder path sounds nice - I’m happiest on a nice even surface ( with as few hills as possible !)
I think running on different surfaces and some uneven ground is good for you, it means you work slightly different muscles. I do some uneven grass and concrete on my main route and it’s different on each but I enjoy mixing it up.
