Yes - in a few years!! Slight soreness is a good sign - that you are working muscles that have not been worked before You work them - they get a bit sore- they then get stronger with rest.
Yes and no. I’ve graduated and I find on a normal running day (comfortable pace, less or equal to 5k) I don’t have any soreness, and very few aches... on a day where I either push speed or endurance I do feel some. I think it’s when I push the limits of my fitness, and that would explain why they went as I got into week 7 and beyond... the early weeks of this do push you quite a bit.
