Does anyone else suffer from sore legs when lying in bed at night.... running for 30 minutes 3 times a week since graduating but my legs are so tired at night even on non running days.. any ideas?

Congratulations on graduating Moodymoo, perhaps if you took two days off rather than one day your legs would not be so sore, or run only two days instead of three, no runners wants to have sore legs at night.
Perhaps you could take a week off, age is just a number, I started C25K 5 weeks before I was 72 and graduated 3 weeks after my 72nd birthday 🎂. 😊
Could it be dehydration? Do you drink plenty of water? Plus do you get a bit of salt in your diet, which might help a bit Also do you stretch after running? Or, yes perhaps you're just getting old 😀
