So this morning arrived...beautiful day, got my kit on and out the door I went (this time listening to Michael Johnson as Sarah Millican just wasn't loud enough), and weirdly enjoyed it a bit. Knees were a bit achy afterwards but I'm guessing they will get used to it. Quite looking forward to run 3.....

Aches are normal... I think of it as I earned those aches... the repair process is starting and as I sleep the muscle build happens. Also, they do get better as you go.
Great job on run 2 today.
