Just finished week 7 run 1. Was full of confidence that I'd be able to it following the week 6 run three but it was tough. Think I might have started off a bit too fast as the last 5 minutes were killer but I completed it. Also covered 4km over the run which I'm really chuffed about!!

Sounds like you did run it faster... good job completing it. Keep the pace under control, especially early in the run and you’ll be just fine.
