Hated the first 5 mins but actually felt easier than doing 2 x 8 mins in Saturday. Really pleased I feel I can do this now ๐๐

Well done to you Yorkred62 for competing run 3 of week 5, yes, you will be so pleased to have run for 20 minutes non stop. It was nearly 6 months ago that I ran for 20 minutes of week 5, I paid a visit this morning to the same place but I just was not in the mood for another 20 minute run, all I did was run 3/1 minute runs with a 2 minute breaking walks in between, I did not have my running gear with me.
