After procastinating for a while - it's too cold, wet, I'm too tired, I just threw my gym kit on and went out. It wasn't a walk in the park (literally) but I'm starting to remember what it was about running that I loved - I stopped running 2 years ago and hadn't quite got my mojo back. I've enjoyed the challenges that each week brings and how great I feel about myself when I've finished a run.
Only 5 more runs to go until I graduate, and I have a 10K in my sights....!
