Morning all, Hmm I seem to of reached a point where I can’t seem to progress past W8R2 so have been repeating it for a few weeks for now.
Don’t get me wrong I’m loving my running and still can’t beleive I’m running for 30 mins and just over 2.5 Miles on a good day. I couldn’t even run for 30 seconds a few months ago.
How is everyone else doing?
We’re going through a rough time at work as currently under consultation for redundancies think this is also affecting my confidence and running more than I realised as feeling shattered and demotivated argh!😕

Aww thanks for replying Iannoda Truffle, think it might be work issues/ distractions affecting my running subconsciously thinking I can’t do it and I had a touch of Achilles tendinitis which really scared me
