Hi, well here I am, 38 mum of 2 (3 and 18 months), running a business (set up when my son turned 1) and rather more jiggly than I would like to be. Let's face it everything else comes before me, case of having to really, so now I'm thinking let's try and sort me out too. Couch to 5 k seems a good option?? First run scheduled for tomorrow π¨ fingers crossed!!

Welcome to the forum and well done on the decision to do this life changing training plan.
This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
Enjoy your journey.
Good luck. Iβm 42 and have just completed my first park run! No running since school, so you can do this!! X
Good luck. Take each session as it comes, believe im the programme because it works. When they say run slow, run slower and post post post, let everyone know how you are getting on.
I agree with Souly47, Take it slow in the first week! I was a bit overenthusiastic on my first ever run, and damaged my knees! - Good luck with your journey
Go girl! Weβre all in it together.
Go go, you can do it!
Good luck Batbabe, youβve made the right decision 100% and you wonβt regret it for a moment! πββοΈπββοΈππ
Welcome.
Great mum too... everything before yourself. So, all you need to get through this is a strong mind... you know you got that... and 3 30 minutes of you time a week... you can do this. And the you time will raise you from great mum to SuperMum. Enjoy the journey.
