Well safe to say am surprised as completed final run this am. Not all in a week and had a tough run inbetween but have now do e 30mins three times.
Started a few months ago so taken me a while due to injury (one from trying to go too fast and one not due to programme) holidays, cold and work meaning could not do 3 times a week.
For those just starting keep going if a 46yr, over 17st and little exercise for well over 10 years can do you certainly can!!!! I am not fast running on ave about 6.7kmph but am running π
Just take as slow as you need to
