So pleased with myself that I managed to do it!! Can’t believe I’ve ran for 3 minutes solid... Twice!! When I started 2 weeks ago, I couldn’t even get to 1 minute without feeling like I wanted to pass out. Now, I can control my breathing and have got a good rythem going. But, the only thing making me want to give up before the end of the 3 minutes is my calf’s.... the pain is awful!! Is there anything I can do to help with this? Or is it just something I have to go through and it’ll get better? Like shin splints.... they were awful but I’ve not had them for a couple of runs now xx

Hydration helps... sip water all day every day... land your feet under your body and flat... and slowing down will help with all pains.
