Nailed it!

Completed w9 r2 today - after the first attempt on Wednesday it felt much easier today. Now the end is in sight was wondering what other C25k graduates are doing - moving up to 10K or consolidating the 5? I covered 5.6 k today but that included 5 mins Warm up and 5 mins cool down. Suggestions anyone? Xxx

Great job. Where do you want to go next? I’m working through a 5k race plan to take me to Christmas, many are on the road to 10k, some are running for fun and fitness. Whichever route you go down you can swap later. Enjoy that graduation run and consolidation afterwards before that next journey.

So close now... well done you ! And, for what it's worth... consolidation is the name of the game after Graduation.

C25K has only just started building up those legs and the strength and the stamina..... lots of 30 minutes... some shorter.. some longer.. shake the routes up and then after a couple of weeks maybe look at the C25K + podcasts.. challenging but fun:) Teach us a lot about the discipline in our running...
