After only just completing W7 run 2,3 i just wasnt feeling 'it' so had a week free just scowling at my treadmill.
today thought get on it get going, i have a day off see how i feel, so started wk8 with trepidation i told myself push it to 25 mins its the least i can do for myself and do wk 8 r1 again Sunday .
soooo nice steady pace 20, 25, hey push to 28 as Laura pointed out its about distance not speed haha i thought not a chance of that😂😂
