I had repeated week 3 as I was struggling with week 4. So I went on and done week 4 run 1and managed it this time so pleased I did thought I could do it just needed more time 😁😁

That's the way to do it Buddy, there's no rush to get the programme. Repeating W3 just allowed you to enjoy W4 fully! Brilliant job! Enjoy your rest day feeling great! 👍
