Week 1 Day 2 DONE

And it felt amazing. My legs are still sore from my first run but it’s not stopping me. I took 2 days off between runs and I found out I’m anemic and am on iron supplants so didn’t want to over do it.

I will take a break tomorrow and just walk but I’m excited nonetheless! Loving the podcasts so far.

Well done to you Joonbug for starting your running journey with C25K, certainly you can take two days off between runs,🏃 that is perfectly OK. Enjoy. 😊
