Hi everyone, it’s been a quiet week here since I injured my foot last Thursday ☹️ I’m walking again now and hoping to get back on the programme by the end of the week. Don’t let it put you off running though - typically for me , I did it in my sleep 😄

Great to see you kept up with the stamina exercises.. even in your sleep. Take it gently.. and listen to your body Fingers crossed that you are back on track soon

As they say 'Buttercupkid' "never give up" and you don't, just keep going, so sorry for you regarding your injured foot you got last Thursday, but that will soon heal and you'll be on track again soon as Oldfloss says. Make that dream come true, do stamina exercises during the day when you are not running, not just at night in bed when sleeping.

I wondered where you'd gone! And super impressed that you're even running in your sleep - next time remember to do your warm up exercises before you get into bed then you won't injure yourself 😀
