Glad to have you back ! Repeating is not a failure, it’s a strategic choice. If you aren’t satisfied with a run and want to improve your pace, or if you want to build stamina or confidence, or if you want to polish your style before moving on, repeating can be useful. On the other hand, if you’ve done a run adequately and are just nervous, I’d say push on - what have you got to lose ? Happy running either way !

Absolutely ! have nothing to loose and have all the time to get comfortable at my own pace as long as I keep up the momentum.

Wasn't sure about going to W5 as it is a significant jump I think in the run-time from W4. So was hesitant. Now I am all good with W6 directly as I was able to find my pace running for 15mins at a stretch. That was great.

Thank you all for the words of encouragement. I feel great to be part of a fine team of running friends.
