I have started my couch to 5k run and was wondering if I should be breathing with my lungs or bringing the air to the belly to lower the diaphragm. ( I am having troubles with a side stitch btw).
Also, should I take deep breaths or short ones?
Last question: how fast should i run? I am around 5.8-6km/h atm..
Thanks!

Don’t over think breathing. It’s a natural process. Your breathing will improve naturally as you get fitter. Just breath normally.
Your pace should be a pace just slightly faster than your fastest walking pace. Again, as you get fitter and start running further your pace will naturally increase.
