Motivation is something that waxes and wanes when exercising/running - but a slowly formed habit (like cleaning your teeth every morning) and personal discipline ( which does become a habit in itself) are there every day urging you on, regardless of whether you are feeling motivated or not

Agree. Habit replaces motivation. I go running 3 times a week. Fact. Motivation not required.

Yes I agree Bazza. I’ve never felt like I’ve ‘had’ to go for a run. I actively look forward to it. In 4 short months, running 3 times per week has morphed into a habit. A fabulous one! 👍😀

I go minimum three times a week too it I’d be annoyed with myself. I’ve joined an amazing club though and that’s helped my enjoyment massively! Love it! Very social 👌🏽
