Started week 5 today. It's the first time I looked at the run before going on it, I looked at it after the end of week 4. And I have been worrying about it. Running 3 times of five mins. I didn't think I could do that. I struggled last week, but somehow I did it. And it wAsnt too painful.
Today was run was around the area I grew up in... Was really nice to run it.
