Can’t believe the extra effort needed to go from a 90 second to 3 minute run. Dropped 3.5 lb since Monday. Loving this.

Great job... don’t be afraid to slow it down if you need to... very good start to this plan.

Great weight loss too. Im guessing you are on a diet of somesort along side this programme?

Just got to that point where you feel uncomfortable. I normally get all my exercise from cycling. I did the Coast to Coast twice last year, along with a 1000mile charity ride over 3 months which finished at the end of January. Since I finished that I haven’t really done much exercise and add to that two holidays abroad where I ate and drank too much. You know what I mean. I eat too much bread and my portions are too big. Time for lots of will power and the Couch to 5K. My goal is the Great North Run next year.

That makes sense, a concentrated effort to reduce intake. The running at this point is not enough to achieve weight loss.
