First parkrun in 4 years!!!!

Well guys, after graduation last week, I took part in my first parkrun after a 4 year hiatus, it poured out of the heavens but I ran to the beat of my own drum , I completed it in a not too shabby 31.49 thank god it’s done!!

Thank you, it was tough going, our parkrun is quite hilly, the legs felt it alright!!!

One of mine is hilly, I’m avoiding it til I have 7k or so in the tank though. I also have a super flat one which I’ll have a crack at soon.

Excellent, considering the weather conditions, good chance you could run sub 30 in better conditions.

4 yrs ago I was doing that same run in under 25 mins, injury really knocked me sideways 😩 but I’m pleased with that and glad I did it, onwards and upwards now 👍
