Week 6 Completed!!!

Can’t believe just completed week 6, it really is uplifting when you do it , I never thought I would complete it.

Oddly it felt a lot more than the 20mins last week.

My best tips are to stretch before running as the 5 minute walk is not sufficient for the longer runs and make sure the route is as level as possible especially the last 5 minutes! 🤩

Well done. Just make sure you’re not doing static stretches before the run... dynamic running movement range ones are safer. Now you got this... and I do believe you’ve been officially dubbed a runner by your coach!
