Well, I started two weeks ago hardly able to run for 20 seconds at a time. I thought I would have to repeat week 1 for a couple of months before I moved on to week 2.... but after only two weeks, so six runs in, I managed to complete W1R3 properly......very slowly, but as I am over 60 and overweight (a lot) I am now overjoyed!

Great progress... and very slowly is the way to run this, as I’m sure our beloved Oldfloss will tell you many times over the journey... her words are still with me after graduation... including on my speed sessions 😂
Keep it just like that and you’ll build fitness and stamina very quickly.

Well done! Brilliant and so you should be overjoyed! Keep at it week after week and you will be overjoyed every time 😃😃 slow is key ☺️

Well done.
This little training plan can transform your life.........so stay nice and steady and reap the rewards.

Well done! Enjoy week 2!

Well done for sticking at it! It's so easy to give up when things are hard. But by sticking at it and taking it at your own pace will mean you will eventually be a proud runner!
I'm now at the end of W3 and I can tell you although the runs get longer, your stamina builds up, so it's not such a struggle as you move forward with the programme.
And don't worry about running slowly, that's what you're supposed to do!
I am so pleased and super impressed.. Go Genealogist! Ive just finished
W1 R2 which has been ok - W2 onwards eek... so well done!!!!!
