Unfounded nerves

Was not looking forward to week 4. Now completed and moving to week 5. Not sure how I will cope with run 3 as it's 20 mins non stop but I will try my hardest. Thank you to everyone for so much support and inspiration.

Well done on completing W4, and don’t worry at all about W5 as your body has been prepared for it - and yes, even for R3! You’ll love it, wait and see. 👍👍

Good luck Maisymoo! 😀

Good job. I know what you mean, but run 3 will need you to not try your hardest, it’s slow and steady time. Anyway, you’ll be fine... relax and believe... your body will be ready. Enjoy the week.

You'll be running 15 mins in W5R1 (with 2 short breaks), 16 minutes in W5R2 (with 1 short break) ... so 20 mins (no break) will be no problem at all. Week 4 is actually the biggest increase in running time in the whole programme - 72% (from 9 mins in W3 to 16 mins in W4).

Good luck!

Thanks John. I never really looked at that. Just saw 20 mins running and freaked lol. Your comments were encouraging and heartening thanks again
