Hi and welcome. You can run anywhere you like ๐. As long as you feel safe the world is your oyster. Top tips are make sure someone knows where you are, take your phone, make sure you can be seen as it gets darker.
Other good info in the link below,

Amazing links! ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ how do you carry phone/water when youโre on a run?
Phone and keys: There are arm bands and running belts that can be bought cheaply. Pockets in clothes, in your hand even, if you have one a small rucksack or similar.
Water, you probably donโt need water for c25k, especially at this time of year when it is cooler. Generalisation here, weโre all different but water not really needed for runs of up to an hour - unless you are a very sweaty person. I often have a piece of mint gum just to keep mouth fresh or from drying out. Advice to be hydrated at all times is the best, so always light coloured pee. If good hydration (any clear fluid, not gin or vodka though sorry, but lots of water in particular) is new to you you will pee for England at first but your body does adapt and balance it out eventually and that slows down.
Thanks for the help! Youโre right I donโt think Iโll need water for a small run and Iโll look into getting an arm band or belt. Do you listen to music? I canโt do anything without music ๐
Fraid not. I generally have a ferret round inside my head, amazing what I find in there๐ or podcasts, books. But type running playlists in the search box and youโll find some ideas. Spotify too is a good source.
Not sure if this link will work but itโs the hydration jacket I use for my long runs.
You can get armbands for your phone (I used to have one, but my phone now is way too big & heavy, so have a small running rucksack I bought from amazon instead - it's pretty cool, has outlets for headphones and a space for a water bladder if out hiking). For water when running I use a small karrimor water bottle I got from Sports Direct a few years ago - really good for running, handle grip makes it really easy to hold and kind makes you feel like you're running with a purpose for some reason ๐
