W5R1 done

I did my W5R1 this morning with my new trainers. Not sure they're ok but still I managed to complete the stage quite easily in the end.

I found my breathing wasn't so ragged this time.

I find that listening to music as well as the podcast seems to make the minutes fly by.

Not sure I feel like that when I get to the 20 min run though ;-)

I felt the same! Did mine yesterday and already worrying about 20 mins but felt good after the run 1 so feel sure it will be ok on the day!

The 20 minute run does seem scary, but you'll do it no problem. The program knows what it's doing. You'll be so pleased at the end of that run. Just take it slow and steady and you'll be fine. It's a mental barrier rather than a physical one

That 20 minute barrier is all in the mind... your legs and lungs are ready for it. Great job so far.

Weather was beautiful made running easier but wasn't easy if I'm making sense. I've had to push hard
