W9r1 back outside instead of treadmill

So today I decided to go back outside instead of on the treadmill which I've been using for pretty much the last 6 weeks.

It was a lot warmer than I'd anticipated, and it was hillier than I'd thought, but I did 4.89 km in 30.22mins which I was so pleased with. I thought I was running REALLY slowly but strava showed my pace 6.05min/km rather than my normal 6.45min/KM despite having to slow to almost a walking pace for a few seconds about 3 times.

Feeling soo happy right now 😁
