Well even though I’m away for weekend I still went out. Unfortunately it wasn’t a good run. My normal run is on sea wall so it’s concrete, this was in a park. I found the grass was too wet and slippery. I only managed about 40-50 sec of each run. I’m going to repeat on Tuesday. On the plus side though I didn’t feel my lungs were going to explode and I was going to die 🤣🤣

A big well done for still getting out when you're away. That's the first sign of being a runner you know!

Running on grass is hard especially wet grass, so don't beat yourself up on it and as you say, you'll try again. There's no hurry to get through the weeks.

Thanks I must admit I was pleased as I didn’t feel like I was going to die! I’m sure Tuesday I’ll manage it all 😊

It's always good when we feel we're not going to die 😩

Good job Shelly, new surfaces can take it out of you a little, and you were so close.., you’ll get it on Tuesday. Nice to see you’re out of the “I’m gonna die” stage, that fitness is coming.
