I’ve finish c25k and I been run some 5k I warm up before running but as soon as I start running my left ankle goes very tight and sore but as soon as I stop running it’s fine we’re am I going wrong any advice please

At this point..get it checked out by a Sports Physio..you gave had a few problems so far..I think.

A Sports physio will be able to diagnose your problem 😊

Ok thanks are make a appointment this week I hope it not much I can’t understand why it only the left ankle

It maybe just needs some extra strengthening work... physio always means extra little exercises, but they’re worth it.

being anxious about it maybe It doesnt help as it tightens things up. Try a longer warm up walk perhaps 🙂. Your ankles will strengthen along with everything else 😃

if you’re concerned though the usual advice applies 🙂
