Hi everyone I'm on week two of C25K. Really enjoying it. How did everyone find it moving up to longer runs each week

Great job so far. The running bit gets easier, I found week 2 easier than week one... you’ll feel the fitness kicking in soon too... just go slow and steady on every step up, and in general most of the time, and you’ll be fine.

Hi, that's a good question...thinking back, I guess each week was the same as far as difficulty goes. It just makes you realise how good the plan is and you really do get better week on week.

The fact that you're loving it, is really good and you'll sail through to graduation. Happy running and best of luck to you 😊

I thought week 3 was the hardest for me, but it got easier after that.

Welcome to the forum and well done on getting started.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Each week steps up, but the runs you have done prepare you for it. The structure is brilliantly devised.

The only real rest from pushing harder comes after you graduate.

Each run is hard if you push hard.......easy if you pace correctly.

Thanks everyone. One of my week one runs was horrendous. Running in the wind. Found I was exhausted after that one. Repeated week one just to make sure I was ready for week two and did my first week two tonight. Have to agree with those saying week two seemed easier than week one x
