Proper running shoes

Well I’ve just had a gait analysis done and purchased my first proper pair of runners. Brooks Adrenaline GTS 18 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️ Will keep you updated on progress and if I feel the difference- have to go out in the morning- super excited 😆🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Glad to hear - can’t wait to try them out. Still have some knee and heel pain the day after my runs so this may help. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
