The rain is coming down fast at the moment - hope it’s not too slippy - being dry is too much to hope for when you live in Wales! 😂

It’s the first time I’ve been in a shop and asked for running shoes! I usually just pick up any pair of trainers from a generic sports shop with no thought at all apart from “not pink!”

I thought I might feel a bit of a fraud as it’s very early days for me and I was terrified of getting on a treadmill! but they were so nice and kind and I felt fine. First trip of many I think!!

Great looking shoes.

Yesterdays run cleaned my trail shoes of mud by running in the snow. Today's run dirtied my road shoes by running in slush. The running gods giveth and they taketh away.

Hah!!! Exactly that happened to me too! I was enjoying my ‘nearly new’ looking trainers...sigh...😂
