So today, for the first time I ran 25 minutes. I have to admit I nearly cried. Then she said to me to have a drink and a banana 🍌!!!

Now I have told Sarah repeatedly I’m allergic to banana and it could kill me!! So can you imagine my horror today when she told me to have a banana!!

I think I’m going to have to rethink my whole friendship with this woman 😳😳

Sadly ( but secretly delighted) I’m going back to work tomorrow. So not going to be running as much.

Will run again on Monday before I start night shifts

My man is the same. Every time he remembers my parents are coming for Christmas 😆 I suggest “banana” is code for “Now you’ve earned something really delicious, so go get it !” Latte and muffin both work in that context, so it’s all good !

Banana allergy, oh dear 🍌. Apparently that is also known as oral allergy syndrome, how unfortunate. I’ve only just started eating bananas again after 35 years of not eating them …and you know what they aren’t as bad as I remember… but I suppose my life isn’t on the line.

So the dog is clearly worn out after a 25 minute run… and the cat… is going for the sympathy vote?

Hahahahaha I'm always saying that mine is a ping-pong ball I have a mix with american staffordshire terrier and a bit of labrador. It gives pretty bouncy mixture

I think we will end up running everyday about 10k, somewhere in the future or at least in our dogs dreams
