Ahhh a practice run Minimoo. No “f” words here!! Try slowing your pace down (it’s something l struggle with) somewhere between a 🐌& a🐢. Honest, it’s a smart way to run. Not all runs are equal & we all have off days for various reasons. You’ve come such a long way since your first run, remember that? Focus on what you have achieved, & that’s a lot in a very short time. Wishing you well for your next run. You’ve got this👍🏻
No, no, Minimoo14, don't feel gutted about your run, we all have our bad runs, perhaps you were going a bit too fast or began your run not long after you ate something. NEVER use the fail word here on C25K, just a practice run, have a day off and run week 4 run 2 again slightly slower and at least a hour after a little food
If it was hard... and you struggled... just slow down, and then slow down more... this is a great running journey.. why rush it ?
Relax... breathe gently..kiss the ground with your feet and enjoy the runs.
You have come a long way and are doing well... so this was just one of those runs.
Stretch well.. start to up your rest day stamina and strength exercises too... your body has to keep up with your legs
