I'm not used to hills. I've come to the conclusion I don't like hills.
Today's run was on a different route, in a park with lots of hills and I'm used to the flat. I did 30 minutes again, so by the time I graduate, it'll be my sixth 30th minute run, though I'm pretty slow.
This was W8R3, so next week will be my final week. I'm going to Iceland for a few days next Saturday (ie in ten days' time) so I'm trying to figure out a schedule where I can do my graduating run there, just for the hell of it.

ooooh graduation in Iceland! Wow! That will be just so memorable, you lucky thing. Are there hills there? 😂
Seriously, hills are a runner's gift. They are soooo good for us so keep doing them. The more you do, the easier it'll feel when you're on the flat. Whoop whoop 💪💪
