Well, it is my second go at C25K and hasnβt been trouble free, but finally after about 12 weeks I have completed the programme this time. Very happy but most of all I want to say thank you to the excellent advice and support even lurkers like me get from this forum.
I plan to try and increase the frequency of my runs now as this has been one of my biggest struggles due to my work/home schedule being packed solid.
Well done to everyone else who has got this far and for new starters - you CAN do this, no matter how slowly you need to take it!!

I totally agree: reading the forum made a big difference to me even though I didnβt post anything until right near the end of thd programme. Itβs a great achievement to have got there especially when thereβs so much else going on in life: congratulations and enjoy your next steps : )
Congratulations! Sounds like perseverance has paid off this time - good on you, it can't have been easy starting again. I doubted myself all the way through but by the last week I was beginning to think wow, this actually works! Enjoy your next steps : )
