Ow!
Done the run, and enjoyed it, only problem is my back is killing me!! Soak in the bath has helped and some stretches, but between my lower back on the left down to my lower butt cheek on the left, ow! ow! ow!

Well done for getting to Week 2, seems we're at the same stage as I did mine this morning.
I've had a slight niggle in my lower back and buttocks, but nothing that hasn't lasted long or caused agony.
I've just put it down to my footwear, the pounding on the pavement, my lack of fitness and weight.... But I'm walking in between runs to build up my energy levels etc....
I'm sure the more experienced people here will advise you 👍
Happy Running 🏃
Completey normal - you’ll get all sorts of aches and pains, particularly in the early weeks. Your body just doesn’t know what the hell is going on. The good news is that you'll get stronger pretty quickly and 99% of these niggles just disappear. Good luck and keep going!
Thank you, any particular stretchesi should be doing?
