I am going to run soon but feel out of sync as I should have done this run yesterday but circumstances out of my control meant I couldn't run.

Need to get my head straight before I go out!!

Mathematically speaking, running a day late doesn't matter, there are 3 runs and 3 rest days in a 7 day week so you have a day spare.

As far as C25K is concerned, running a week late doesn't matter, nothing matters as long as you keep getting out there and running.

Thankyou.....I think I just felt annoyed with myself that I couldn't do it yesterday......just me giving myself a hard Time!

Anyway i have just done the run and it was fine......head was telling me I couldn't but my legs kept going!!🏃‍♀️😂

Go easy on yourself. Life sometimes conspires to deprive us of our running time, it will happen a lot. You’re off out today and that’s the perfect reaction to not being able to, well done. Enjoy the run.
