W1R2 smooth as...

Found this run to be quite easy. I took my usual route and ended up running more distance than run 1 — not intentional, but a surprise.

Slight niggle in left hip/knee which I think is nerve related and a strange pain on outside/underside of right foot during and after the run — was especially sore when walking pressure was on the ball of foot. Today the pain has gone, but still feels niggly. Looking forward to run 3 tomorrow!

Well done - I wore a knee brace for my runs.

Thanks for the info. I think it is a lower back issue and a nerve. The ache travels from hip to knee and not a localised knee issue I think. Pain free today, so I will be going after that 3rd run 💪

Good job. If the pain has gone, maybe it’s on the mend... keep an eye on it.

Enjoy the 3rd one
