Can anyone help me with tight calf’s and Achilles, I have suffered for years now . Yes I do stretch after my runs . Is there something I can take to help with this

You could try a foam roller aka instrument of torture! Use the search box, there should be a lot of posts info about it, sorry I can’t link at the moment.
There’s also lots of videos on You Tube on how to use them - hint, slowly like doing c25k 😀.
You could also try a sports massage - google or word of mouth recommendation.
But do keep stretching and how about trying some yoga poses? Again YT has yoga for runners.
